What you need is:
Photoshop CS5.1 Extended trial. Download link:

And the amtlib.dll activation file. Download link:

1. Download the Photoshop trial.
2. Download the amtlib.dll activation file.
3. Copy the amtlib.dll file to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5.1.
4. That's it. Now open Photoshop and start designing!
